Clear, glossy and transparent with a brilliant finish. Our stoneware clear gloss is perfect for use over underglaze and dark clay as it contains no zinc.

Finish: Clear/Glossy

Instructions

  • Stir glaze throughly
  • Apply 3-4 coats of glaze with a soft brush
  • Let each coat dry before applying the next coat
  • Fire glaze to recommended temperature

Please note: Whilst every effort is made to keep each glaze colour consistent there may be slight differences from batch to batch. Due to variations in raw materials used during manufacturing, we recommend firing glazed test tiles before using each new batch number of glaze.

Our Glaze Tips For a crystal clear finish with our clear gloss it is best applied thinly. Two thin coats is all that’s need for this glaze. As long as it dries white and you can’t see the clay surface underneath once dried you’re good to go!
