Welcome to Wheely Fun, an exciting and creative one-off pottery class designed especially for kids ages 12 and up! Get ready to embark on a pottery wheel adventure filled with laughter, imagination, and lots of hands-on fun.
In this special school holiday class, young artists will have the opportunity to explore the fascinating world of pottery as they learn the basics of working with a pottery wheel. Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, participants will discover the joy of shaping clay into unique and beautiful creations.
Throughout the class, students will engage in a series of engaging and interactive activities designed to spark their creativity and ignite their passion for pottery. From learning essential wheel-throwing techniques to experimenting with different forms and designs, every moment in Wheely Fun promises to be an enriching and memorable experience.
At the end of the class, each participant will have the chance to keep two of their favourite pieces, which will be carefully set aside for glazing. These finished pieces will be ready for collection approximately 3-4 weeks after the class, allowing students to showcase their newfound pottery skills with pride.

We ask that you arrive 5 minutes before the class. All tools and materials provided, please dress you and your child in comfortable clothing that is weather appropriate with closed-toe shoes that you can get messy in and pack a water bottle and apron or art smock.
This workshop will be hosted and taught by Rylie Jabornik. If your child has any special needs or requirements please contact elizabeth@elizabethbellceramics.com.au to discuss options.
- Please note that no photos of your children will be taken in this class and we ask that no photos be taken by parents and caregivers.
- Finished pots will be glazed in our small range of house glazes. You will be able to select from this range at the end of your class.
- Please choose the time and date carefully. These classes are transferrable to another child but we do not offer refunds.
- Strictly 7 days notice for cancellations must be given.
- If you or your child is unwell you will be asked to leave and no refunds will be issued.
- A minimum of 4 students are required for this class to go ahead. You will be contacted if the class cannot go ahead.
- Please arrive on time, late arrivals forfeit that portion of the class.
