Description
Go on – give it a try! A perfect way to try something a little new! Carve your own unique design into a functional, stoneware vase (approx size 18×9 when finished). Carving is known for its therapeutic nature as it allows for focused concentration and mindful creativity. This class will run for approximately 75 minutes.
After a demonstration, you will be able to carve your own vase wheel-thrown by Elizabeth Bell – the options are endless!
Your vase from the workshop will be finished, glazed and ready for collection around 4 weeks after the class. Shipping can be arranged at your expense, generally around $15.00.
This workshop will be hosted and taught by Elizabeth Bell.

- Please choose the time and date carefully. These classes are transferable to another person but we do not offer refunds.
- A minimum of 4 tickets must be sold for this class to go ahead. If not sold, you will be contacted to change dates or for a refund.
- Please DO NOT come to the class if you are unwell – you will be asked to leave if you are sick and no refund will be issued.
- You MUST be fully vaccinated. Please show your certificate at arrival to your tutor.
- A minimum of 4 students is required for this class to go ahead. You will be contacted if the class cannot go ahead.
- Wear clothes that you don’t mind if they get a little messy – please bring an apron or towel and don’t forget to wear closed-toe shoes!
- Long nails can very easily damage your work and make it difficult to create!
- Your beautiful handmade items will be ready for collection around 4 weeks after the class. If you cannot collect, we can arrange to ship for $15.00.
- Your pots will be held for 1 month after you have been notified for collection. If you cannot collect and opt to not have the items shipped at your expense, the items will be donated to charity.
- Finished pots will be glazed in our small range of house glazes. You will be able to select from this range at the end of your class.
- Please arrive on time (or let me know if you will be early/late!). Late arrivals will forfeit will that portion of their class.
- Please also wear weather appropriate clothing however I do have heaters and cooling available if required.
- We do take photographs during some of our workshops and these photographs may be shared as content on our website and social media platforms. If you do not wish to have your photograph taken and shared please let us know in advance before the workshop begins.
